Description
Service Level Agreement (SLA) for WordPress site management. Provides coverage for a single domain.
This product includes the following benefits and inclusive services.
- Price lock. There will be no price increases during the SLA term.
- Site updates and backups. Your site will always be updated, it will always be backed up, and restoration points will be created (if available with your hosting platform).
- Yearly subscription assets at no cost. Your domain registration, website hosting and SSL certificate will all be either provided or credited in the event you purchase them separately.
- GitHub repo codebase. All custom code for your site will be stored in 1 or more GitHub repo’s. There is no additional charge for extra repos so long as the total is 3 or less. Most projects require only 2-3 repos at any given time which covers a custom theme and 1-2 custom plugins.
- Maximum 2-hour ticket acceptance during business hours (Monday – Saturday, 8AM – 4PM UTC+1 Madrid timezone). Ticket acceptance refers to the first response on a ticket created by the client. As an SLA client you will be able to make tickets using ClickUp (preferred option) or via the support portal at saberwp.com.
