Currently as of v1 Saber Commerce provides time tracking using manual log entries. Which hopefully serves the intended purpose for many of our users. What is missing however compared to many SaaS alternative is the ability to log time automatically using a running time tracker. Right now you keep track of time yourself, or you might draft a time log entry at the start to record your starting time. But it’s up to you to finalize the time entry and save it.
We’re planning to add the ability to have a running clock that you can start when working on a project or task. You’ll then be able to clock out when you stop working, and the timesheet entry will be saved for you. You’ll still be able to manually add time entries or edit existing entries, such as when you forget to clock out.
